If an obvious technical error in a product’s price, availability, or description is discovered after an order is placed, the Seller will promptly contact the Customer to agree on the next steps. If no agreement is reached, the order may be cancelled and all amounts paid will be refunded in full.

To place an order, the Customer must provide the information required to fulfil it.

The following payment methods are available in the online store:

  • Cash on delivery, where this method is available;
  • Bank card through Bank of Georgia;
  • Bank card through TBC Bank.

When paying by bank card, the Customer is automatically redirected to the secure payment page of the relevant bank.

Sweet Note does not receive or store users’ full bank card details. All payments are processed directly by the banks through secure communication channels.

Where a paid order is cancelled, a product is unavailable, the Seller has made an error, or another refund case is provided by law, funds are returned under the rules of the bank and payment system to the original payment method, unless the parties agree otherwise or the law requires a different procedure.

7. Product returns and claims

Sweets are classified as food products.

Goods of proper quality delivered to the Customer, particularly where the packaging has been opened or where sanitary and hygiene rules prevent return, cannot be returned or exchanged unless Georgian law provides otherwise.

This rule does not limit the Customer’s rights where:

  • A different product was delivered;
  • Items are missing;
  • A product was damaged before delivery to the Customer;
  • A product has expired;
  • A product does not match its description;
  • Another defect for which the Seller is responsible is found.

When making a claim, provide

  • The order number;
  • A description of the problem;
  • Photographs of the product, where available.

After reviewing the claim, the Seller will propose a lawful remedy, including replacement, a refund, or another solution available under the law.

8. Liability of the parties

The Seller is responsible for performing its obligations in accordance with Georgian law.

The Customer is responsible for:

  • The accuracy of the information provided;
  • The correctness of the delivery address;
  • Being able to receive the order at the specified address and through the supplied contact phone number.

9. Governing law

All relations between the Seller and the Customer are governed by Georgian law.

If a disagreement arises, the parties will seek to resolve it through negotiation.

If no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be considered under the procedure established by the applicable laws of Georgia.
