- Obtaining information about delivery terms;
- Creating and using a personal account;
- Subscribing to news and special offers.
When using the Website, the user must
- Provide only accurate and current information;
- Not use another person’s personal data without a lawful basis;
- Not take actions intended to disrupt the Website;
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to technical systems, data, or other users’ accounts;
- Comply with the applicable laws of Georgia.
The user is responsible for actions taken while using the Website.
3. User account
A user may place an order without creating an account or may register a personal account to access additional features.

The Operator seeks to keep published information current and accurate. If technical errors are found, including errors in a product’s price, description, or availability, the Operator may correct that information.
The publication of a product on the Website does not guarantee its continuous availability.
An order is finally confirmed only after it has been reviewed and accepted by the Seller.
5. Intellectual property
All materials published on the Sweet Note Website, including:
- Written content;
- Photographs;
- Product images;
- The logo;
- Brand identity;
- Page design;
- Graphic elements;
- Software code;
- Other materials.
These materials belong to Sweet Note or are used under a lawful basis.
Copying, modifying, distributing, publishing, or commercially using Website materials without the Seller’s prior written permission is prohibited, except where permitted by Georgian law.
6. Limitation of liability
The Seller takes all necessary measures to maintain stable Website operation but does not guarantee continuous availability where circumstances are outside its control.
The Seller is not liable for temporary Website unavailability caused by:
- Technical maintenance;
- Internet connection failures;
- Equipment malfunctions;
- Actions or failures of payment systems;
- Hosting-provider operations;
- Actions of delivery services;
- Force majeure events.
This limitation does not apply where the Seller’s liability is expressly required by the applicable laws of Georgia.
7. Changes to the Agreement
The Seller reserves the right to amend or supplement this User Agreement.
A new version takes effect when it is published on the Website unless that version specifies a different effective date.
Users are responsible for reviewing the current version of the Agreement.
8. Governing law
All relations between the user and the Seller arising from use of the Website are governed by Georgian law.
If a dispute arises, the parties will seek to resolve it through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be considered under the applicable laws of Georgia.
